Die Miete ist eine Pauschalmiete, darin enthalten sind auch die Nebenkosten, Strom und Internet.
Die Wohnung ist mit 29qm nicht sehr groß, hat jedoch Südlage einen großen Balkon und wirkt durch die Glaswand recht geräumig. Zur Austattung gehört ein kleines Duschbad und eine Einbauküche mit Backofen sowie ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Flur mit etwas Stauraum.
Es wird möbiliert vermietet, von daher ist alles da was man so braucht. Das schließt auch Geschirr und Kochutensilien mit ein. Wäschespindel und Bügelbrett sowie Bügeleisen sind auch da.
Das Mobiliar umfasst eine Waschmaschine (8kg), ein Bett (160x200), einen Kleiderschrank (175x230), ein Schreibtisch mit Drehstuhl, ein großes Regal (175x175), ein kleines Regal, einen Küchentisch mit zwei Stühlen sowie einen kleinen Tisch auf dem Balkon samt zweier Stühle.

The price for the apartement includes basically everything. So from wifi to light, you have everything what you normally need in an apartement.
The apartement itself is with only 29qm small. Allthough the glas wall (south-side), which seperates the not so small balcony, gives you the impression of more space. Additionally there is a small bathroom with a shower, as well is the main room equipped with a kitchen unit that has a stove and a big fridge. Worth to mention is that there is a small hall as well that has some storage space.
I will rent out the flat fornitured. That also includes a washing machine, kitchen supplies (plates, pots...) and stuff for ironing. For the details of the forniture just look at the pictures.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Tempelhof in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Zur U6 Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße sind es zu Fuß etwa 2 Minuten. Damit ist man nur 2 Stadtionen vom S-Bahn-Ring entfernt. Mit der U6 zur Stadtmitte sind es etwa 15min Fahrtzeit.
In einem 200m Radius befinden sich zwei Malls, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind daher hervorragend. Es sind im besagten Radius: 2xEdeka, Lidl, Aldi, Rossman, dm, Bio Company, H&M, TK Maxx, Media Markt u.v.m. vorhanden. Darüber hinaus finden siche in der Nähe zwei schöne Parks und ein Hafen (Tempelhofer Hafen).

The flat is located in southern-Berlins district Tempelhof. The location is in a calm street, the metro-station Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße (U6) is only a two minutes walk far.
Within a 200m radius there is two shopping-malls, where you get basically everything. The area itself is quiet with nice parks and a harbour. Not a party area but Kreuzberg is just 10min far :)
Die Wohnung wird mit der Erlaubnis meiner Vermieterin untervermietet. Ich werde den Hauptvertrag sowie die Genehmigung zur Untervermietung als Kopie bereitstellen auch eine Einzugsbescheinigung werde ich geben.
Auch wenn der Preis nicht gerade billig ist, decke ich mit der Miete im wesentlichen nur meine eigenen Ausgaben für die Wohnung (Ich zahle 570€ ohne Strom, Wifi, Möbel, GEZ). Mir ist daher jemand zuverlässiges wichtig der idealerweise mein Pflanze am Leben halten kann. Ich brauche keine Schufa (solicitar ahora) oder Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung. Irgendein Nachweis, darüber wie man die Miete aufzubringen gedenkt, möchte ich allerdings schon.
Ich werde keine Massenbesichtigung veranstalten. Vielversprechende Kanditdaten werde ich seperat einladen und dann eine Entscheidung fällen.
Da ich mit hoher Nachfrage rechne, werde ich es vermutlich nicht schaffen jedem zu antworten. Dafür schoneinmal sry im Vorraus :)

I have the permission of the landlord to rent that place out. I will provide all the necessary paperwork which also makes an "anmeldung" possible.
I know the price is quite high but be aware that I am not making a business here. My payed rent is 570€ and that does not include wifi, elictricity (expansive in germany), TV-tax or the forniture. It is not mandatory to show me your Schufa (solicitar ahora) but somehow you need to explain me how you want to pay the rent. Also I would apreciate if you could keep my plant alive :). There will be no mass-casting, i will look for a promising candidat who I will invite for a visit.
I am expecting a lot of mails so probably I will not be able to response them all. Allready sry for that :)
