Couch, Couchtisch, Schränken, Sideboard und Teppich gibt es eine Extra-Küche mir 2zeiliger Einbauküche. Ein Bartisch mit Barhockern lädt zum chilligen Kaffeetrinken ein. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (Kaffeemaschine, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine, Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck usw.). Das Bad hat ein Fenster, eine Badewanne mit Duschrollo sowie Waschtisch mit Spiegelschrank. Zur Wohnung gehört ein schöner Balkon mit Bistrotisch und 2 Klappstühlen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für alle, die ruhig wohnen, aber die Quirligkeit Neuköllns genießen wollen. Die Hermannstraße mit ihren Restaurants ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso das im Sommer heißbegehrte Tempelhofer Feld. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.

Completely renovated apartment in Berlin-Tempelhof with balcony.

The apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2023. Next to the living/bedroom with wall bed (120 x 200),. Couch, coffee table, cupboards, sideboard and carpet, there is an extra kitchen with 2-line fitted kitchen. A bar table with bar stools invites you to have a chilled coffee. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (coffee machine, large fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc.). The bathroom has a window, a bathtub with a roll-in shower and a washbasin with a mirror cabinet. The apartment has a nice balcony with bistro table and 2 folding chairs.

The location of the apartment is perfect for anyone who wants to live quietly but enjoy the hustle and bustle of Neukölln. Hermannstraße with its restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away, as is Tempelhofer Feld, which is very popular in summer. Shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity.
