Hi everyone!
My cute and cosy studio apartment will be available for five weeks in January/February. I’m leaving on Saturday 6 January to travel until 8 February. I’m looking for one person who would be interested to sublet my studio. I’m moving out permanently in April/May so from then I could recommend you for a long term rental.
The apartment has everything you need. It is small and if you love cooking extensive dishes this might not be the place for you because the kitchen is tiny. However the views and location make up for this! There is a double bed, sofa, TV and a dining room table with three chairs. The bathroom has a shower. There is a lift in the building to take you to the 10th floor.
The building is located near the sbahn station Tiergarten ( 5 min walk) and U9 Hansaplatz (7 min walk). It is super easy to get anywhere in the city but it feels great to also experience the calm of the park.
