Kleine süße Altbauwohnung in Tiergarten zur Zwischenmiete

Hallo, liebe Suchende.

Ich bin vom 10. August bis einschließlich 12. September nicht in Berlin und würde mein kleines Reich für die Dauer meiner Abwesenheit gern in vertrauensvollen Händen wissen.

Die Lage ist eigtl sehr gut, besonders für Touristen, da es 1. versch. naheliegende Anschlüsse an den Bus/S-Bahn/U-Bahn Verkehr gibt und außerdem eine gute Verbindung zum Flughafen Tegel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut, was den täglichen Bedarf angeht aber auch für kulinarische Erlebnisse ist das Umfeld gut geeignet
Leider habe ich keine eigene Waschmaschine in der Wohnung aber nur ein paar wenige Meter davon entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner günstiger Waschsalon mit sehr nettem Personal, das fast alles für euch erledigt.
Die Wohnung ist überschaubar, bietet aber eigtl genug Platz auch für 2 Personen, die hier evtll. ein paar Wochen Urlaub machen wollen und keine Lust auf hohe Hotelzimmerkosten haben.

Hello dear Couchsurfer.

I'm on Vacation from the 14. of august until the 15. of september and therefore not in berlin in that period.
I would very much like to know my flat in responsible and trustworthy hands. So i hope someone is out there fullfilling my hopes.
The flat is pretty small (27 qm) but also very pretty :) . Its a sweet place to hide and take rest. also its very good connected to the rest of the city so you should have no trouble getting around.
there is on the one hand the bus driving through the entire center of berlin and on the other you got the subway nr. 9 which will also bring you anywhere you want.

i hope to get some requests from you guys
