ich vermiete meine wunderschöne und sehr ruhige 1-Zimmerwohnung. Sie befindet sich im HInterhof in der 3. Etage.
Ausgestattet ist meine Wohnung mit allem was man zum Leben braucht (die Waschmaschine ist zur Zeit leider kaputt).
In nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg befindet sich die U1, mit der man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in Kreuzberg oder in nur einer Station am KADEWE bzw. Kudamm ist.
Der Potsdamer Platz ist fußläufig in 15 min zu erreichen und der sehr schöne Tiergarten beginnt auf der anderen Seite des Kanals.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

The flat is located in the area between U1 (Kurfürstenstr) and "Schöneberger Ufer".
The KADEWE/ Kudamm or Potsdamer Platz its about 5-10 minutes by Bus.
Supermarkets and Cafes/Bars you have a lot in this area.
