Studio flat for rent 350 EUR per month next to U Bahnhof Turmstrasse.

I will be overseas until next year and my studio flat will be available immediately for 7 months.

The studio (27 square metres) is unfurnished and the rent is 350 EUR for single use/400 for couples. The studio has a kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub and a view to back garden. It provides great privacy that is affordable.

It has excellent transport links : 5 mins walk to U bahnhof/ station Turmstrasse U9 (2 stops from Memorial church), bus stop in front of building with direct links to airport Tegel and Hauptbahnhof. It cannot be more central than this. Plenty of shops, supermarkets, banks, takeaways, and food places just 5 minutes away.

The viewing will take place this week, please get in touch to clarify details and hotos/videos. The plan is to finalise end of this week with exchange of keys etc. Only non-smokers please!


Wegen Auslandspraktikum vermiete ich meine 27 Quatdratmeter Wohnung in Alt-Moabit weiter fuer 7 Monate. Das Zimmer ist hell und unmoebliert. Habe kein Problem damit, dass Ihr Eure eignenen Moebel mitbringt. Es gibt einen Aufzug also es sollte kein Problem sein umzuziehen.

Die Wohnung hat ein grosses Bad (Badewanne) und eine Kochnische. Ich habe selber nicht sehr viel gekocht da ich jederzeit leckeres Essen draussen kaufen kann.

Die Miete ist super guenstig fuer die zentrale Lage (5 min zu Fuss zum Bhf. Turmstrasse und direkter Bus vor der Haustuer zum Flughafen und Hauptbahnhof). Ihr seid in dem Bezirk Tiergarten habt aber trotzdem viele Laeden, Supermaerkte, Shops (Fielmann, D&M etc.) in der Naehe. Ein Gemuesemarkt ist direct neben dem Haus und die Wohnung ist in Richtung Garten also sehr ruhig.

Das alles fuer 350 EUR warm im Monat, 400 EUR fuer 2 Personennutzung. Es soll noch dieses WE entschieden warden also schreibt mir und ihr koennt Euch die Wohnung angucken.
