I am subletting my studio apartment for short period during my time away from Berlin. I am looking for a person who is neat, clean and preferably VEGAN. I would like if you keep the apartment clean and tidy as provided by me.
If you are coming to Berlin for short period, this apartment is ideal for you as it is located in city center with good access to public transport, Hauptbahnhof and some amazing restaurants/cafes.
It is a studio apartment with balcony facing the west of Berlin. The sunset can be seen from the apartment balcony with a very beautiful view of the sky during the sunset if possible during the Berlin winter. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. There is an elevator in the building. Parking for the bicycle is also available in the backyard of the building. The apartment is furnished completely and the kitchen utensils are included in the apartment which can be used by the tenant. The apartment has an attached bathroom with a shower. The bedroom of the apartment is separated from the kitchen and bathroom. All the costs of the utilities are included in the rent. There are no hidden charges.
The apartment is located in the center of Berlin with very good public transport connections. The bus stop is just outside the building and the U-bahn stations are 7 & 10 minutes away by foot. By bus they are 3 & 5 minutes away respectively. S-bahn can be taken from either Potsdamer Platz or Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Supermarkets are also very close to the apartment (7 minutes by foot and 3 minutes by bus). The buses come outside the apartment building after every 5 minutes. Cafés, coffeeshops, Apotheken and clothing stores etc are also nearby. Night buses also run so you don't have to worry about coming late.
The washing machines are available in the basement of the balcony with the dryers as well. A small amount of money is charged every time you want to wash or dry your clothes. The room is available on sharing as in couchsurfing.
The dates are tentative and possible to change (+-2-3 days).
