Ich vermiete mein 20 m² Studio in Berlin an der Grenze zu Kreuzberg, Treptow und Neukölln am Länderdreieck am Landwehrkanal, in der Lohmühlenstraße genau. Die Wohnung wird erstmal für ein Jahr vermietet, mit der Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung. Leider ist keine Anmeldung möglich, da meine Hausverwaltung das nicht erlaubt. Die Wohnung ist nur für eine Person gedacht, also ein Single-Studio, mit einem Einzelbett. Es ist am besten geeignet für Studenten oder Leute, die nur kurz in Berlin sind und kurzfristig eine Unterkunft suchen, sei es für ein Jahr oder länger. Eine Besichtigung ist nur am 12. , oder 18. und 19. Mai . Mai möglich. Interessenten sollten an einem dieser beiden Wochenenden Zeit haben und mir gerne mitteilen, wann sie verfügbar sind. Es wird ein schriftlicher Vertrag erstellt, für den ich Ausweisdokumente und Fotos benötige. Eine Kaution in Höhe einer Monatsmiete von 750 € wird ebenfalls verlangt.

I am renting out my 20 m² studio in Berlin, located on the border of Kreuzberg, Treptow, and Neukölln, at the intersection near the Landwehrkanal, on Lohmühlenstraße precisely. The apartment will be rented out for a year initially, with the possibility of extension. Unfortunately, registration is not possible as my property management does not allow it. The apartment is intended for one person only, a single studio, with a single bed. It is best suited for students or individuals who are in Berlin for a short period and are seeking temporary accommodation, whether it's for a year or longer. Viewings are only available on May 12th or 18th and 19th. Prospective tenants should be available on one of these two weekends and are welcome to let me know their availability. A written contract will be provided, for which I will need identification documents and photos. A deposit equal to one month's rent of 750 € is also required.
