Schnuffige kleine Wohnung direkt am Park/Plänterwald zur Zwischenmiete, voll möbliert, 350,- WM alles inklusive. S-Bahn 3 Minuten entfernt (höchstens) Ich kann aus beruflichen Gründen nicht umziehen, muss erst eine Tour hinter mich bringen. Daher Zwischenmiete. Die Lage ist grossartig, du tust einen Schritt aus der Tür und bist im Wald, paar Meter weiter an der Spree, absolut ruhig, sonnig, gute Luft - dann in die S-Bahn und paar Stationen weiter bist du im Berliner Getümmel. Der Bus fährt vor der Tür oder mit dem Rad bist du in 10 Minuten in Kreuzberg und kannst Party machen. Leider kein Telefon, du musst dein smartphone benutzen. Ich werde euch einen Besichtigungstermin sagen wenn ich Anfragen bekomme :)
Supersweet sunny little appartement right at Treptower Park/Plänterwald, fully furnished, all together 350,- S-Bahn 3 minutes away. I can't move right now for work reasons, so I rent it out for 2 or 3 month. The area is great, absolutely quiet, good fresh air, one step out of the door and you are in the park and river Spree is 5 minutes away. Hop the S-Bahn and you are everywhere really quick. The bus goes right in front of your door. Going to Kreuzberg and party will be 10 minutes by bicycle. Sorry no phone, got to use your smartphone.
