100m vom Plänterwald entfernt. Perfekte Wohnung für einen gemütlichen Winter in Berlin!
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie Smart-TV, damit du deine Streaming-Dienste anschließen kannst. Die Wohnung ist sehr warm, gut isoliert und das Badezimmer hat eine tolle Dusche und Badewanne.
Mit dem Bahnhof Baumschulenweg hat die Wohnung eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Der S-Bahnhof in weniger als 5 Minuten und ein Bus in 2 Minuten, der dich in 10 Minuten ins Herz von Kreuzberg bringt. Auf Wunsch kann ich dir auch mein im Mietpreis inbegriffenes Hollandrad ausleihen. Der Kiez Baumchulenweg hat einen Lidl, Edeka und viele andere Geschäfte, die du schnell erreichen kannst.
Es gibt ein paar Pflanzen, die ich während meiner Abwesenheit am Leben erhalten muss, und ich würde mich über eine saubere, ordentliche und respektvolle Person freuen, die die Wohnung mietet. Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich! Gerne würde ich dich an diesem Wochenende, spätestens Montag für ein kleines Kennenlernen treffen und dir die Wohnung zeigen.

100m from the Plänterwald. Perfect apartment for a cozy winter in Berlin!
The apartment is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and smart TV so you can connect your streaming services. The apartment is very warm, well insulated and the bathroom has a great shower and bath.
With the Baumschulenweg train station, the apartment has very good transport links. The S-Bahn station in less than 5 minutes and a bus stop 2 minutes away that takes you to the heart of Kreuzberg in 10 minutes. If you wish, I can also lend you my Dutch bike, which is included in the rental price. The Kiez Baumchulenweg has a Lidl, Edeka and many other shops that you can reach quickly.
There are a few plants that I need to keep alive while I'm away and I would appreciate a clean, tidy and respectful person renting the apartment. Unfortunately, registration is not possible! I would like to meet you this weekend, Monday at the latest, to get to know you and show you the apartment.
