Spacious 1 bedroom (Studio) apartment in Berlin Wedding for 1 MONTH in May

Dear WG Gesucht folks,

My cosy apartment which I call home will be available during for 1 month in May. I am looking for someone who will handle everything with care and consideration.
The apartment is furnished and offers basically everything you need including WiFi, refrigerator, washing machine, a bathtub with shower and much more.

The apartment is in an old building. It is ca. 55sqm and fully furnished with 1 bedroom / living room and a separate kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator, and faces the courtyard, so it is quiet. Enough natural light comes into the room as well.

Please PAY ATTENTION to the points below:

1. The rent is 800 euros (all bills included). Plus a deposit of 500 euros, which you will, of course, get back at the end of the period if everything is left in good condition.
2. Duration: 1 MONTH ONLY (1 May - 31 May 2024) - UNFORTUNATELY CANNOT BE LONGER
3. NO SMOKING OR DRUGS allowed inside the apartment.
4. NO PETS allowed.
5. NO PARTIES in the house: It's a family residential building with older-aged neighbours, so loud noise is not wanted.
