Gemütliche sanierte Altbauwohnung zur Zwischenmiete / cozy renovated apartment for sublet

Eine schön renovierte Wohnung (im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug) in der Mitte Berlins. Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhof, daher ist es meist ruhig. Auch meine Nachbarn sind entspannt und freundlich (keine Partys etc.).
Die gesamte Wohnung ist 44qm groß. Das Wohnzimmer ist 22qm groß, die anderen 22qm verteilen sich auf den Flur, das Bad und die Küche. Über die Schlafmöglichkeiten: Es gibt 1 Doppelbett und ein Sofa, das auch zum Schlafen geeignet ist. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, da ich normalerweise selbst dort wohne. (Du kannst die Wohnung evtl. auch etwas länger, bis Mitte/Ende September nutzen.)

A beautifully renovated apartment (on the 3rd floor without an elevator) in the middle of Berlin. The apartment is in the backyard, therefore its mostly quiet. Also my neighbours are very relaxed and friendly (e.g. no partying).
The whole apartment size is 44sqm. The living room is 22 sqm in size, the other 22 sqm are spread over the hallway, the bathroom and the kitchen. About the sleeping arrangements: There is 1 double bed and a sofa, which is suitable for sleeping. You have everything you need, as I normally live in the apartment myself. (You may be able to use the apartment for a little longer, till midth/end of september)
