The Community who lives in theses Apts. is educated, calm and keep to themselves. The flat is bright, because it is situated at the top floor, backyard flight of stairs of the House (Hinterhaus, Seitenflügel).
The flat is situated in Wedding- near Train Station "Seestraße" and close to buzzing area of Müllerstraße (and Leopoldplatz). This "Kiez" in Wedding is underrated and little known because it's not touristy (yet). Since it's quiet at night and busy during the day it offers the ideal environment for working professionals who values their work-life balance and likes being close to the city center at the same time.
The U-bhf. Friedrichstraße is 8 min. away by train (U6). U-Bhf. Seestraße is 7 min. walking distance to the flat. Bus station is at 5 minutes walking distance and Tram Station (access to #13 and #50 for connection to Prenzlauerberg exists as well).
