I'm leaving Berlin for a few weeks and would like to sublet my cozy and bright 1.5-room apartment in Berlin Wedding.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed (washing machine, wifi etc), has a spacious kitchen and a separated living/bedroom with a nice desk to work on and sofa to chill.
Great for couples as well :)
As I will basically leave all my belongings in the apartment I would love to find someone who will treat everything with care.
So no Berlin-Party-Time and no smoking, please.
Of course I can make some space for your clothes/belongings if needed :)
the area is very close to a large park and lake, but at the same time close to public transport to get to Mitte in a few minutes.
The dates are quite flexible, so the price is indicative, write to me which days you would prefer and let's see if it works :)

Ich verlasse Berlin für ein paar Wochen und würde gerne meine gemütliche und helle 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin Wedding untervermieten.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht (Waschmaschine, Wifi etc.), hat eine geräumige Küche und ein separates Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit einem schönen Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten und einem Sofa zum Chillen.
Ideal auch für Paare :)
Da ich im Grunde mein ganzes Sachen in der Wohnung lassen werde, würde ich gerne jemanden finden, der mit allem pfleglich umgeht.
Also keine Berlin-Party-Time und kein Rauchen, bitte.
Natürlich kann ich bei Bedarf etwas Platz für deine Kleidung usw. schaffen :)
Das Gebiet liegt in der Nähe eines großen Parks und eines Sees, aber gleichzeitig in der Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, um in wenigen Minuten nach Mitte zu erreichen.
Die Daten sind recht flexibel, so dass der Preis ist indikativ, schreib mir, welche Tage du bevorzugen würde und wir sehen, ob es funktioniert :)
