1-Zimmerwohnung zur Untermiete (sublet) 16.04.24 bis 31.05.24

ich biete meine 1-Zimmerwohnung in Wedding nähe U Seestr. von Mitte April (16.04.)bis Ende Mai zur Untermiete.

Die Altbauwohnung im Hinterhaus ist in einem renovierungsbedürftigen und eher unmöblierten Zustand. Außerdem ist die Dusche in der Küche. Aber es steht ein Bett, ein Tisch mit Stuhl, ein Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine drin. WLAN ist auch vorhanden.

Also wenn man sich nur für eine begrenzte Zeit in Berlin aufhält, müsste man sich halbwegs wohlfühlen können.
(Der Aufenthalt könnte jedoch evtl auch verlängert werden.)



Ich verlange 650€ Miete für die gesamten eineinhalb Monate und 300€ Kaution.

I offer my 1-room apartment in Wedding near U Seestr. for subletting from mid-April (April 18) to the end of May.

The old apartment in the rear building is in need of renovation and is in a rather unfurnished condition. But there is a bed, a table with a chair, a refrigerator and a washing machine, plus Wifi.
So if you are only staying in Berlin for a limited time, you should be able to feel reasonably comfortable.

I demand €650 rent for the entire month and a half and a deposit of €300.
