It's a cute apartment in a shabby chic style. There's a large room, a hallway, a bathroom that only has a toilet and a sink, and a separate room, plus a cosy kitchen in an extra room. The apartment does not have a shower, but there is a small portable steel bathtub that can be used.
The apartment includes a bed, a desk, dishes, and everything you'd need for cooking - a stove, a refrigerator and the armchair in the photo.

Es ist eine helle, süße Wohnung im Shabby-Chic Stil. Es gibt ein großes Zimmer, einen Flur, ein Badezimmer, das nur eine Toilette und ein Waschbecken hat, und einen separaten Raum eine gemütliche Küche. Die Wohnung hat keine Dusche, aber es gibt eine kleine tragbare Badewanne aus Stahl, die verwendet werden kann.
Die Wohnung ist mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch, Geschirr und allem was man zum Kochen braucht ausgestattet, einem Herd, einem Kühlschrank - und der Sessel auf dem Bild.

The apartment is located near the Ringbahn (Westhafen) and U-bahn Amrumer Straße in the beautiful Sprengelkiez near the water. Nearby is Rehberge Park, Plötzensee and Leopoldplatz. There are also nice restaurants and cafes and many places to relax near the river.

The 70 € for the auxiliary costs are only for electricity. Everything else (Water, Internet, garbage, etc.) are covered with the montly rent of 390 €. The 70 € are an advance payment of the electricity that will be charged according to the usage. We will read the counter the day you move in and once a year to transmit it to the electricity provider. Like this we will see if you get money back or have to pay for extra usage. This will be done perfectly transparent. You can look into the conditions of the contract with the the electricity provider (Vattenfall) online.

Die 70 € für die Nebenkosten sind nur für den Strom, alles andere (Wasser, Internet, Abfall, etc.) ist in der Miete von 390 € abgedeckt. Die 70€ sind für die Stromkosten sind eine Vorauszahlung und der tatsächliche Stromverbrauch wird abgerechnet. Wir werden den Zähler bei Einzug ablesen, sowie einmal im Jahr und an den Stromanbieter übermitteln. Je nach Verbrauch bekommst du Geld zurück oder zahlst den Differenzbetrag. Dies wird komplett transparent gestaltet und du kannst die Bedingungen mit dem Stromlieferant (Vattenfall) online einsehen.
