(de): Das Appartment wurde 2013 komplett neu, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die 1- Zimmer-Ferienwohnung im Berliner Altbau bietet Platz für 1-4 Personen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock in der Torfstrasse des schönen Sprengelkiez. Gelegen in der Nähe des Nordufers am Spandauer Schiffahrtskanal im Berliner Bezirk Wedding.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung : ca. 20 min zum Flughafen Tegel, 10 min zum Hauptbahnhof, 15 min zum Zoologischen Garten und Potsdamer Platz.
Die U-Bahn-Station Amrumer Strasse (U9) ist ca. 150 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt.
Die Küche ist mit Elektroherd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Geschirrtücher, Geschirr & Besteck zählen auch zum Inventar.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über 2 einzeln Betten (200x90), 2 Nachttische, ein Schlafsofa (140x200), einen großen Einbaukleiderschrank sowie einen Esstisch mit Stühlen.
Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine moderne Duschkabine (80x90), WC, Waschbecken, ein Spiegel, der Haartrockner.
Komplette Bettwäsche sowie ausreichend Handtücher sind natürlich auch vorhanden.
Selbstverständlich können unsere Gäste die vorhandene Internetverbindung (DSL-16000) über W-Lan kostenlos nutzen.
(en): The 36 qm apartment is located in an old building and it is in new condition because it was renovated in 2013. It is a comfortably furnished 1 bedroom apartment for 1- 4 people. The apartment is on the 2nd flor in the peat of the Sprengelkiez Torf Street, near the north shore at Berlin-Spandau canal in Berlin-Wedding.
The apartment has a very convenient transportation: 20 minutes from Tegel Airport, 10 minutes from Berlin Centra train Station, 15 minutes from Zoo and Potsdamer Platz. The Metro Amrumer st. (U9) is about 150 meters from apartment.
Amenities:
The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dish towels, crockery & cutlery.
The living room has 2 single beds (200x90), 2 bedside tables, a sofa bed (140x200), large built-in wardrobe, a dining table with chairs.
The bathroom has a modern shower room (80x90), toilet, sink, mirror, hair dryer.
Complete bedding and plenty of towels are also available.
Of course, there is a possibility for using the Internet connection (DSL 16000) over W-Lan free gestures.

Die Torfstrasse ist das Herz des Sprengelkiez und rund um die Uhr lebendig. Viele kleine Cafes, Imbisse, Spätkaufläden und Bars bieten große Auswahl an kulinarischen Erlebnissen und Genüssen. Der Kleine Sprengelpark und der beschauliche Peking Platz bieten Erholung. Anliegende Spielplätze bieten Abwechslung für Kinder und für die Erwachsenen Tischtennis.
Zirka 800 Meter westlich des Appartements befinden sich der, bei Joggern sehr beliebte, Goethepark und der Volkspark Rehberge. Fussläufig ist auch der Plötzensee mit Freibad und Bootverleih zu erreichen.

The Tofstr. is the heart of the Sprengelkiez with many small cafes, snack bars, convenience store shops, bar's offer large selection of food, pleasure and recreation. Some shops and bars are all open for 24 hours. Small Sprengel Park Place and Beijing offer playgrounds for children and table tennis (ping - pong) for adults.
Approximately 800 meters to the west is the Goethe Park which is very popular by joggers and not that faraway is also the Rehberge Park, Plotzensee with swimming place and boat rentals.
