Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im Kiez in Wedding in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im Hinterhaus und nur wenige Schritte von der Geschäftsmeile Müllerstraße. Zu Gemüseständen, Supermärkten und dem Kardstadt am Leopoldplatz sind es nur wenige Schritte. Es besteht sehr gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln: nur wenige Gehminuten zu beiden U-Bahnhöfen Seetraße und Leopoldplatz (U6 und U9, ideale Anbindung an HU und TU; HWR ist 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar).
Die Gegend und das Haus hat noch typisches Berlin-Feeling, es wirkt hier und da mal etwas abgewirtschaftet, im Hof steht eine zweistöckige Ruine. Die Wohnung ist aber top. Sie befindet sich im ruhigen Hinterhaus in der 3. Etage. Voll eingerichtete Küche mit allem was man braucht sind vorhanden; Kühlschrank und nagelneue Waschmaschine. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit schönen alten Möbeln eingerichtet u.a. mit einem großen Bett und Kleiderschrank und einem großen Schreibtisch. Hier lässt es sich also bequem und gemütlich wohnen und auch arbeiten.

The studio apartment is located in the upcoming "Kiez" (district) Wedding in perfect location in a quite street just some steps away from the busy Müllerstr, where you can find all kind of shops and also a big Karstadt department store. The area is very well connected to public transport: only three to five minutes walk to two subway stops: U Seestraße and Leoppoldplatz (U6 and U9, ideal connection to TU and HU; HWR is just some minutes away by walk).
The apartment is located in the calm side wing of the building in the third floor. The kitchen is equipped with probably all one needs. The living room is furnished typically Berlin-style with charming old furniture including a big bed and wardrobe; from the desk you can look into the backyard. So it's pretty comfortable and cosy to live and also to work here.
