Lust auf eine Woche im schönen Wedding?
Ich vermiete meine Wohnung, komplett möbliert, für eine Woche tagesweise (im Idealfall 1 Gast- 1 Woche) und suche hierfür einen netten Menschen, der sie für die Zeit pflegt und sich, besonders wichtig, selbst darin wohlfühlt.

Die Wohnung ist zwischen dem 5.03.-13.03.2015 zu haben!

Die im Seitenflügel gelegene, daher ruhige Wohnung, besteht neben einer gut ausgestatteten Küche inklusive gemütlichem Essplatz mit chilliger Polsterecke zum Dinieren und einem entzückend kleinen Tageslicht-Bad, aus einem geräumigen Wohn-/Arbeits-/Schlafzimmer, das in dieser Kombination vereint, ne ganz feine Lebensatmosphäre schafft: Option zum Schlafen bietet ein geräumiges Hochbett inkl.Futon, zum Arbeiten lädt der große Schreibtisch ein und zur Entspannung ist es auch nicht weit bis zur Couch, von der aus man eine formidable Sicht auf den TV bzw. auf das gut bestückte Bücherregal hat (Lesen erlaubt!). Im zweiten Hinterhof gibt's noch für die Sonnenliebhaber eine kleine lauschige Terrasse, die allen Hausbewohnern zum Draußensitzen offen steht!

People, who of you is looking for a chilly flat in chilly wedding? I can offer you something! I will rent my 45 m² flat in the original Berlin flair area of Brüsseler Kiez (Wedding), from 05.3-23.03.2015 by day (optimal would be 1 guest-1 week). 5 minutes walk from subway Station Seestraße (U6) away, the flat has an good Location for the Connection to public Transport.You can reach mainstations like Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße or Hauptbahnhof in less than 20 minutes!
The 1-room-flat is completly furnished, besides the kitchen which is inviting to have dinner and the cute little daylight bathroom with shower, you have one big room as a living/working and sleeping place: The big and selfmade woody loft bed is my pride and joy and has space for two People to sleep on a Futon. The big desk offers enough possiblities to work at home (+ WLAN )but if you ned to relax it's not far to lie down on the Sofa where you can entertain yourself by reading a book from the collection of the Bookshelf or watching TV etc. The flat is situated in the side wing of an old building and because of this secluded. For the one of you who love beeing outside the second backyard has a terrace for everyone in the house!The close neighborhood of Brüsseler Kiez is in development and has some nice Cafés, classy Berlin style bars and new places for party and joy aswell. Besides this the BEST Falafel place is not far, you have some nice turkish Cafés which are offering the best breakfast you can have! If you wanna cook by yourself you can choose to shop in the Supermarkets or at weekly markets, which are just 5 minutes away. If you are looking for more lifestyle comfort you will find this, 10 minutes walk away, in Sprengelkiez or around Leopoldplatz with bars, cafes and weekends a cute little fleamarket! Close to the flat there are two beautiful parks, Volkpark Rehberge und Schillerpark which are very inviting for a walk, your runnig route or a picknick. For nightlife adventure I will give you a hint of the most amazing place to party in Wedding if we know better ;)

I will rent my flat for one week from 5.03-13.03.2013 per daily rent and hope to find guests who wanna stay for one week!
