Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und kann auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum gemietet werden.
Sie liegt im besten Teil Weddings, umgeben von zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und Parks (der Schiller-Park liegt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite). In 3 Minuten ist man bei der U6 (Seestraße).

This beautiful loft-style apartment studio in a former factory building has lots of natural light, brick walls and hard wood floors! I am renting the apartment out for a month from Feb 13th to March 13th, the dates are flexible and shorter stays would be possible to.
The apartment is newly renovated and combines the best of new and old as it retains the characteristic, charm and proportion of a former factory building with updated elements where needed. Although being situated in a sprawling neighbourhood, it's location in the second backyard of a tree-lined side street makes it a very quite and calm place to be.
The apartment is fully furnished.
The apartment is located in the best part of Wedding, a sprawling neighborhood close to central Berlin (about 15 min to the main train station and to all the sightseeing places). It is an up and coming neighborhood that has lots of weekly markets, cafés, bars, restaurants, non-profit art spaces and is one of the most culturally diverse places in Berlin.
The apartment is located on a beautiful tree-lined side street, 3 minutes walking distance from the subway (U6) and from the tram lines. There are more than 10 supermarkets, many grocery shops, bodegas, pharmacies etc. and within a 5 min walking distance and you will find a beautiful park (Schiller-Park) located just 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
