1 Bedroom Flat, Wedding, close to Mauerpark, fully furnished, 7 months!

Hello! (PLS contact me by e-mail, I'm not in Germany!; I also speak German ;))

I'm renting my flat for 7 months, from mid July till mid January 2018, as I'm going travelling. It's a one-room flat, with separate kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a washing machine here, double bed, a couch. It's very bright and comfortable. During your stay you can use everything that's in the flat.

The flat is at the border of Wedding and Prenzlauer Berg. U8 Voltastrasse is 5 minutes walking distance and S-Bahn Gesundbrunnen only 4 mins away! Around there is Lidl, Kaufland and of course the whole Gesundbrunnen Centre. On Gleimstrasse
you will find great restaurants and spatis. To Alexanderplatz it takes 5 mins by ubahn!

1 min to Mauerpark - central but quiet location in Berlin!
Everything you need for a short rent- comfortable double bed, a couch, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub.

I'm looking for someone responsible, quiet and clean. It's a family house, so no parties or loud music.
