Möblierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Studentenwohnheim zur Untermiete

Hallo,
da ich gerade für 4 Monate im Ausland bin und meine aktuelle Untermieterin zum 1.11. ihr Studium abbricht, ist meine schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung wieder zur Untermiete verfügbar. Ganz wichtig: Sie befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim, dort sind nur Berliner Studenten wohnberechtigt - wenn das auf dich nicht zutrifft, brauchst du dich also gar nicht erst melden!

Ansonsten wohnt es sich hier sehr schön: Man muss noch nicht mal weggehen, wenn man mal feiern möchte: es gibt im Wohnheim auch einen Partykeller und, wenn das Wetter stimmt, sogar eine Dachterasse (man kann sich dann auch einen Grill ausleihen) - außerdem gibt es die Möglichkeit, jederzeit Tischtennis oder Kicker zu spielen :)

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr fein: es gibt außer dem Wohn- und Schlafzimmer noch ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und eine Küche (mit Einbauküche + kleinem Herd, aber keinem Ofen), die Teil der Wohnung sind und mit niemandem geteilt werden müssen. Nur die Waschmaschinen und Trockner stehen in einem extra Waschkeller und werden von allen Studenten des Hauses genutzt.

Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem Hochbett, einer Couch, einem Schreibtisch und mehreren Regalen und besitzt eine Loggia (das ist eine etwas merkwürdige Mischung aus Balkon und Teil des Zimmers) - dadurch ist es sehr lichtdurchflutet.

Hello,
since I am doing a student exchange for four months and my current subleter will quit her studies and leave Berlin in November, my nice 1-room-apartment is available again. VERY IMPORTANT: it is located in a student dormitory in which it is mandatory to be a student (of a University located in Berlin) in order to be allowed to live here - so if that´s not the case for you please don´t bother writing me! (I won´t answer anyway)

However, if you are eligible it is very nice to live here: you won't even need to go out in order to party: we have a shared cellar for that purpose and, if the weather is nice, you can even enjoy our roof top terrace (and rent a barbecue) - we also have a table-tennis and a table-football you can play with any time :)

The apartment is small, but very nice and completely private: there is a big living room, a small bathroom with a shower and a completely furnished kitchen (including a small stove but unfortunately not an oven). There is an extra room in the basement with plenty of washing machines and dryer which is shared by everyone who lives in the building.

The living room is also completely furnished with a bunk bed (which acts as a really awesome space safer), a couch, a desk and several shelves.
