The flat is very cosy and quiet, windows face the courtyard with a big tree.
I use the flat as home-office, therefore it is perfect for those who would like to work or study from home!

Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig.
7 Minuten zu Fuß zur U6 Seestraße, 12 Minuten zur U9 Amrumer Straße, Tram M13 und 50 direkt von der Wohnung.
Sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Seestraße (real, Lidl, Penny, Bio Company, dm, Rossmann, zahlreiche Spätis und Cafés usw.).
Der große Volkspark Rehberge Park ist 10 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, man kann da super spazieren und joggen :)

7 minutes by foot to U6 Seestraße, 12 minutes to U9 Amrumer Straße, tram M13 and 50 is next to the flat.
There are a lot of shops are next to the U6 station (real, Lidl, Penny, Bio Company, dm, Rossmann, a lot of Spätis and Cafés).
Big Rehberge park ist 10 minutes away from the flat, perfect for a walk or jogging :)
