Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist die Grüntaler Straße, U- S- und ICE- Bahnstationen in der Nähe sind: Bornholmer Straße, Pankstraße, Gesundbrunnen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgassse. Die nächsten Parks sind Humboldthain und Mauerpark.

Ein eigener PKW- Stellplatz kann zusätzlich angemietet werden.

The nearest tram stop is the Grüntaler Strasse, underground S- Bahn and ICE- stations nearby are: Bornholmer Strasse, Pankstrasse, Gesundbrunnen. The apartment is located in a very quiet street. The nearest parks are Humboldthain and Mauerpark.

We would need the usual documents, Schufa (solicitar ahora) , the 3 last payslips, a recommendation from your last landlord, copy of your ID-card. Deposit is 2 rents and will be handed back when leaving.
