Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen Gesundbrunnen und Wedding und ist nur ein paar Fahrrad-Minuten von Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Moabit und Pankow entfernt. Von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Pankstrasse fährt die U8 runter Richtung Neukölln und durchläuft dabei ziemlich praktisch die wichtigsten Stationen von Mitte und Kreuzberg. Die S-Bahn Station Gesundbrunnen ist ebenfalls sehr einfach fußläufig in etwa 12min zu erreichen - hier hat man mit der Ringbahn eh gewonnen.
Außerdem findest Du hier im Umkreis von 2 Kilometern: REWE, LIDL, DM, das Gesundbrunnen-Center mit H&M und Co., super Cafes, Bars, Restaurants, Post und Ärzte. Die "Panke" verläuft übrigens genau vor meiner Haustür - wenn man dieser folgt, sowohl in die eine, als auch in die andere Richtung, kann man ziemlich coole Orte entdecken :)

The flat is perfectly located between Wedding and Gesundbrunnen, very close to Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow and Moabit. The U8 U-Bahn Station Pankstrasse is just 5 min foot walk distance. From there you easily get through all major spots in Mitte, Kreuzberg towards lively Neukölln! The circle line station Gesundbrunnen in easily to reach within around 12min foot walk - winning if you wan't to get around further in Berlin. Another plus: there is a big variety of shops, supermarkets, post office, cafes and restaurants just around the corner of my flat - literaly. The Gesundbrunnen-Center (next to the circle line station) offers even more such as H&M, bookstore etc.! Culturally the neighborhood is pretty lively itsself and offers a lot of hidden secret spots - follow the Panke river just right in front of the house either to the right or to the left side and you will find charming parks and industrial artsy areas.

Im Mietpreis ist für diesen Zeitraum ALLES enthalten.
Ein paar Bedingungen gibt es allerdings: Ich suche jemanden, der alleine einzieht und wirklich sehr sauber, ordentlich ist und alles mit Respekt behandelt, da ich nach meiner Reise gerne wieder hier wohnen möchte :) Geraucht wird maximal auf dem Balkon und Partys können gerne außerhalb der Wohnung gefeiert werden. Haustiere möchte ich auch nicht in der Wohnung haben. Ansonsten eben auch alles, wie es eben Erwachsene so machen! Wenn das für dich alles selbstverständlich klingt, dann rein mein Heim und viel Spaß an meinem Lieblingsort :)

The price includes everything.
I'm really looking for ONE person and someone mature and specifically very clean to take care of my apartment with respect as I want to live here again after traveling. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony and there is a no party policy in the house! If all this sounds super obvious to you I'm happy to share my flat with you :) Would be perfect if you would take care of my plants too!
