A beautiful 40m² studio in Wedding: high ceilings, a beautiful wooden floor, sound system, comfy kitchen and a bathtub are all included. The flat is divided into two rooms: a spacious bathroom and a large studio space with the kitchen, a living area, a working corner and a gallery bed. Great days and nights were spent in this flat and as I'm going away for six months I am looking for someone to live here for that period.
The flat is located in Wedding and to all the Neukölln snobs, yes, it is Wedding (it exists). Please write only when you are able to live in other parts of the city and don't waste my time writing and then realizing that you want to live in the south. Thank you!
Amazing location for all the rest: a 1-minute walk to U8 Pankstr, 10 minutes to the ring and S-Bahn of Gesundbrunnen and next to plenty of shopping opportunities, restaurants, cafés, bars and green areas.
I will leave in Mid-January and the flat will be available for a period of 6 months (till mid-July). Moving out date is flexible. It could also be the end of July or Mid-August, this will discuss once we get on board. Please save both of us time and don't write if you are looking for a period of less than 6 months. Thank you!
