Hallo ihr alle:) Ich vermiete für 3 Monate ab 1. Mai meine liebevolle Einzimmerwohnung in Wedding. Die Wohnung ist im Altbau-Stil und befindet sich im Innenhof 4. Etage. Wegen der Position ist die Wohnung recht hell und ruhig. In der Wohnung ist auch eine moderne Einbauküche mit alles was man so braucht. Momentan ist die Wohnung möbliert, wird aber semi-möbliert vermietet (wir können gerne über die Möbel sprechen, abhängig nach deinem/meinem Bedarf). Die Wohnung ist für eine Person geeignet aber ein Paar könnte auch für diese drei Monate hier wohnen.

Hello everyone :) I am renting my lovely one-room apartment in Wedding for 3 months from the 1st of May. The apartment is in old building (Altbau) and is located in the courtyard at the 4th floor. For its position, the apartment is bright and quiet. In the apartment there is also a modern kitchen (EBK) with everything you need:) The apartment is currently furnished, but it will be rented as semi-furnished (we can find an agreement for the furniture, depending on your and my needs). The apartment is suitable for one person, but also a couple could live here for these three months.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und mit guter Verkehrsverbindung. In ca. 5 min (zu Fuß) kann man die U-Bahn Station Leopoldplatz erreichen, in 10 min die S-Bahn Wedding. In ca. 8 min ist man an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle der M10.
Für das Einkaufen gibt es viele Möglichkeiten in der Nähe und vieles noch auf der Müllerstraße.
Die Malplaquetstraße allein ist wirklich eine ruhige und süße Berliner Straße mit Spätis und vielen guten Restaurants (momentan nur für mitnehmen). Der Schiller- und Rehberge-Park sind wunderschöne Parks, die diesen Lock-down erleichtern können:)

The apartment is very central and with optimal connection. In about 5 minutes (by foot) you can reach the subway station Leopoldplatz, in 10 minutes the S-Bahn Wedding. In about 8 minutes you are at the tram stop of the M10.
For shopping there are many options nearby and much more on Müllerstraße.
The Malplaquetstraße alone is really a quiet and sweet Berliner Straße with Spätis and many good restaurants (currently only for take away). The Schiller and Rehberge Park are beautiful parks that can facilitate this lock-down:)
