Ich biete meine schöne Wohnung im Wedding zum Tausch. Die Wohnung liegt 4 Minuten vom Leopoldplatz (U6/9). Die Ringbahn ist in 10 Minuten erreicht und quasi vor der Tür ist der Sprengelkiez mit Cafés und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist im Seitenhaus und dadurch ist es sehr ruhig. Fussläufig sind diverse Supermärkte, Drogerie und sonstige Läden zu erreichen.
Momentan zahle ich 455€ warm. Sollte der Mietendeckel gekippt werden, steigt die Miete auf 510€
Ich brauche eine Tapetenwechsel und würde gerne in eine ähnliche Wohnung in Neukölln oder drumherum ziehen.
