I am subletting my beautiful studio apartment in Wedding. It's located in a brand new building with an amazing floor heating system, big windows and a massiv balcony overlooking a cute little river. It is absolutely quiet and a perfect place to come home and just rest. People have it called an oasis before:)
Its has everything you need (kitchen stuff, washing machine, wifi, 140x200cm bed, clothing rack etc.). I decided to get rid of my couch, in order to have more space. Also personally, I prefer to hang out on my triangle thai cushion.
There are a lot of supermarkets around, a park, some cafés and restaurants.
U6 is close, so are S-Bahnhof Humboldthain and Wedding. Also some busses but no idea which lines.
Important: I consciously arranged my home to be a place to retreat and I would like to sublet it to a person who respects that. This means, no smoking inside (on balcony with closed door is fine of course) and no parties please. If you agree to that, just write "on board" above your message.
