My apartment has a different view, but the plan is the same. I am also adding pictures of the common areas (rooftop terrace, ground floor lounge, study room, gym, common kitchen for party, courtyard) as well as the pictures of the view taken from my apartment's window.
The price will be 551€ cold + 100€ utilies prepayment + electricity (currently I pay 20€/month for the electricity, but I'm on a 100% renewables plan so you can probably pay less). This is including *all* costs -- the wifi is already provided.
The minimum rental period is 6 months, and you can rent for as long as you want -- no end date! The apartment will be available starting in January 2022.
The apartment has a kitchenette, a modern bathroom and is fully furnished. The apartment is about 21 square meters and is very practical.
The apartment has an amazing view on northern Berlin (see pictures).
The building has stylish and large common areas: a rooftop terrace, a lobby on the ground floor, an inner courtyard, a community kitchen, a small gym and vending machines. In the basement there is a laundry lounge, which is equipped with washing machines and dryers. WiFi is available in the common areas.
It is located on Juelicher Str 16, a couple minutes from the Gesundbrunnen train/subway station (S41, S42, S1, S2, S25, S26, U8, ICE trains) and 5 minutes from the tram station (M13, 50). The Gesundbrunnen station also has a mall with multiple supermarkets inside (Rewe, Aldi, Rossman), so the location is great. On the other side of the station there is also Kaufland. The nearest parks are Humboldthain (10-minute walk) and Mauer Park (15-minute walk).
** You don't have to be a student to rent here ** But yes, most people renting here are students and young professionals in their 20s. There are no age requirements though. It is a place where it is very easy to make new friends, as everyone is living by themselves and the building caters to an international clientele.
