I'm renting out my well maintained and cozy 1 room apartment situated on the second floor in a quiet Hinterhaus.
It is very private and green with an amazing big tree in front.
The rental period is 3 weeks month (01.4..-23.4.).
End date might be flexible.
There is a spacious and well equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, water cooker, toaster etc.). The bathroom has a shower.
The living room/bed room contains a dining area (which can be used as a working space), a couch, a double bed (1.40m) and spacious clothing rack.
The area is diverse and buzzing with lots of food options around and well connected to reach all other areas in Berlin
fairly quickly: U-Seestr. (U6) is only 5 mins walking distance away / Tram lines M13/ M50 and buses only 3 mins away.
There is a huge selection of supermarkets in walkable distance (Edeka, Rewe, DM, Bio Company, Lidl, Spätis etc.).
To escape the buzz and to be in nature Plötzensee is only a 20 Min walk away, same as Volkspark Rehberge. Also Tegler See is only a 15 min metro ride away.
I am looking for a quiet, clean and responsible person who would also be happy to take care of my plants whilst I am gone.
Max. 1 person, no pets allowed, no smoking, no party.
No Anmeldung possible.
The total costs are €650. There is a deposit of 700€.
I am currently traveling abroad and due to the 8 hour time difference my response time might be affected.
