Um die Ecke gibt es super viele leckere vietnamesische Restaurants und das schöne Nordufer, der Plötzensee und die Rehberge sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Der Leopoldplatz ist 1KM entfernt mit endlosen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit der U-Bahn bist du in ca. 20 Min. in Mitte (Friedrichstr.).
Die nächstgelegene S-Bahn ist Westhafen, ca. 10/15 Min. zu Fuß entfernt.

Anmeldung
Und jetzt kommt der Haken an der Sache: Ich habe einen Vertrag, der mich zwingt, mindestens ein Jahr in der Wohnung zu bleiben (01.05.22) mit einer Kündigungsfrist bis 31.07.22.
Wenn ich nicht bis dahin bleibe, muss ich eine Strafe von 916€ zahlen.

Meine Idee wäre: Wenn du die Wohnung behalten möchtest und eine Anmeldung plus einen rechtsgültigen Vertrag haben willst, würde ich vorschlagen, dass wir uns die Strafe teilen (458€ jeder). Dann würde ich dich bei der Hausverwaltung als neue/n Mieter/in vorstellen.

Wenn du keine Anmeldung brauchst, würde ich dir die Wohnung bis zum 31.07.2022 untervermieten und dich dann der Hausverwaltung als Nachmieter vorstellen, in der Hoffnung, dass es klappt (das habe ich auch mit der Vormieterin gemacht und es hat problemlos geklappt). Anmeldung
So here comes the catch: I have a contract that forces me to stay in the flat for at least one year (01.05.22) with a Kündigungsfrist until 31.07.22. If I don’t comply with that, I will have to pay a fine of 916€.
My idea would be: if you’d like to keep the flat and have an Anmeldung plus a full legal contract, I would suggest we split the fine (458€ each). That way I would introduce you to the Hausverwaltung as the new tenant.

If you don’t need an Anmeldung, I would sublet the flat until 31.07.2022 and would then introduce you to the Hausverwaltung as the new tenant, with the hope that it works (I did the same with the previous tenant and it all worked out). If you read until here please reply with March in Wedding.
