Hey, ich vermiete für 6 Wochen mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim Augustenburgerplatz.
Der Preis pro 4 Wochen sind 390€, insgesamt werden also 585€ plus 100€ Kaution fällig. Die Wohnung ist hell, gut angebunden und hat ein eigenes Bad und Küche.
WICHTIG: Da ich ausziehe, werde ich anders als auf dem Bildern gezeigt nur ein Minimum an Möbeln (wenn überhaupt Bedarf ist) da lassen: einen kleinen Tisch, Stühle, Kochgeschirr, WLAN Router, und eine bequeme Luftmatraze (16 x 190x 140 cm).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Studentenwohnheim Augustenburger Platz. Das Wohnheim ist relativ modern und bietet eine Dachterasse, Partykeller und einen Wäscheraum. Hier findest du Bilder: https://www.stw.berlin/wohnen/wh-augustenburger-platz.html
Das Wohnheim liegt im Sprengelkiez, direkt an der U9 Station Amrumer Straße. Mit 10 Minuten Fußweg oder eine Station U-Bahn kommt man an die Ringbahn oder den Leopoldplatz.
WICHTIG:
Aufgrund der Anforderungen seitens der Wohnheimverwaltung darf ich leider NUR AN STUDIERENDE an Berliner Hochschulen vermieten.
Schreibt mich kurz an, dann kann ich euch entweder eine Videocall-Führung geben oder ihr kommt persönlich vorbei. Aus der Nachricht muss hervorgehen, dass ihr verstanden habt, dass die Wohnung nicht voll möbliert ist und ihr immatrikuliert seid.
