I offer my cosy and bright 1 room flat as a temporary / vacation solution while I am away.
The flat has a spacious room with a double bed, suitable for 1-2 persons
with roomy equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, various cooking equipment), clean and fully functional bathroom with a shower, all that you can imagine needed and some plants on top.
The house is situated in a back yard of a main street, so unexpectedly quite for the area. You will have a bike parking inside the yard, the car should be park in 3 minutes walk (I will show a free parking slot). 2 minutes to U-Bahn Leopold Platz, 7 minutes to Rignbahn Wedding. Very close to the city center (10 minutes by U-Bahn to Friedrichstraße).
All possible grocery stores around, veggies and flea market during the weekend, sweet bars and restaurants.
it is a sweet altbau flat with high ceilings, wooden floors and tiny bathroom that I built it for myself, so tried t make it cosy.
I would prefer you passing by, but an online viewing is also possible. I am flexible, we can discuss +/- a couple of days to the named time window.
