Hey there! My private 28m2 studio apartment is available for a short sublease while I'm away. The total monthly rent is 690 euros pm.
The apartment has a kitchenette and private bathroom, located on the 6th floor with a nice idyllic view of the street. There's a laundry room and also a bike storage facility. There's an indoor table tennis table so definitely entertain yourself!
The apartment complex also boasts a local brewery practically in the courtyard area, which is super cool if you ask me.
This is located in Wedding, 5 min walking distance from U6/U9 Leopoldplatz and 7 mins from S+U Wedding. Edeka, Netto are also similar walking distance.
Sonstiges
I'm asking for a 200 euros deposit. In ideal conditions: I'm looking for :
(1) anyone quiet/responsilbe to stay for this period,
(2) I have two precious plants that they would look after,
(3) I have quite a few instruments laying around and some DJing gear - so feel free to experiment but no noise complaints pls.
If everything work out in the end, there is a possibility of an unlimited contract. Please write your answers with "Your fav current artist/track so I know you actually read the whole dang thing. Also expands my music thanx"
