Hiya, I'll be moving out of my current apartment in Wedding and so it's available. The apartment is a 30 m2 private studio on the 6th floor with own bathroom and kitchen space. There's two lift accesses. It's a neubau recently constructed with a nice idyllic view of the street and good lighting even in winter. It's fully furnished as well and ideal for students or young professionals.
There's two nice terraces where one can barbecue, and a table tennis plate within the building to relax and socialize with people. 24/7 Washing room and 24/7 reception service also available.
Lage
The location of the place is prima with U6 Leopoldplatz 4 mins by walk, S+U Wedding 7 minsby walk and many more bus connections like M27 and M13. Edeka and Netto also 7 mins on foot. Lots of good bars on a adjacent street and good Korean, Japanese and Turkish eateries. The apartment overlooks a park platz on one side where you can play football, basketball or table tennis.
Sonstiges
I'm looking for a clean, responsible person - preferably student or working professionals to take the place. There may be a possibility of extending the stay if everything works out nicely. Reply back with a brief description of yourself and '2023 will be a good one' so I know you're not a robot :) once we get talking I can send more pics
