Für zunächst ca. ein Jahr (nach Vereinarung) mit Verlängerungsoption, aber maximal für ein paar Jahre vermieten wir ab Mitte November / Anfang Dezember unsere schöne sonnige vollmöblierte 1-Zi-Balkonwohnung (Altbau von 1929) in der Jordanstraße 12 in Spandau-Wilhelmstadt nahe Südpark.
Auf 48 qm im 1.OG ist bereits alles, was man braucht, an Einrichtung vorhanden: Bett, Couch, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Regale, Einbauschrank, Einbauküche mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine. Highlight der Wohnung ist das große Erkerzimmer mit abgschliffenem Holzdielenboden und großem Südwest-Fenster. Der Süd-Balkon geht ab von der Küche mit Speisekammer. Im gefliesten Bad mit Dusche ist das Fenster nach Westen ausgerichtet. Ein separater Kellerraum ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist für diese ruhige Randlage noch relativ gut: Mit dem Bus benötigt man (von der Station Alt Pichelsdorf) 19 min bis S Charlottenburg und mit Bus+S-Bahn 31 min bis S Friedrichstaße in Mitte. Der andere Bus (Haltestelle Genfenbergstraße) bringt einen in 8 min zum S-, Regional- und ICE-Bahnhof Spandau. Die Busse fahren jeweils im 5 min-Takt. TU und UdK sind mit dem "schnellen Bus" X34 von Alt Pichelsdorf in 27 min erreichbar.
Um die Ecke bietet die Pichelsdorfer Straße zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. Penny, Nahkauf, Netto) sowie eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und Imbiss-Läden. Die nähere Umgebung ist mit mehreren Seen und der Havel sehr reizvoll. Das Schwimmbad "Kombibad Spandau Süd" ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Die Warmmiete liegt bei 665 Euro plus Stromlosten und Rundfunkgebühr. Behördliche Anmeldung ist möglich. Besichtigung könnte nach Absprache kurzfristig erfolgen.
