I'm moving out of my flat, but my lease doesn't end until December. I'm looking for someone who can stay during the whole month of December. If you want to stay longer (short or long term), my landlord is willing to make the arrangements.

I might have forgotten to put in other things, but basically one just needs a toothbrush to move in.
It is located in Weimarische strasse, close to U-bahn and S-bahn station Bundesplatz.
