Für die Monate September und Oktober möchte ich meine helle vollmöblierte 1-Zimmer Nicht-Raucher Wohnung mit Essküche, Wannenbad und Balkon in Berlin/Wilmersdorf zur Verfügung stellen. Sie ist 5 Minuten vom Stadtpark und der U-Bahn entfernt sowie 8 Minuten von der S-Bahn (Ring). Die Fenster sind zur Westseite raus, d.h. ab frühen Nachmittag gibt es die Möglichkeit selbst auf dem Balkon ein kleines Sonnenbad zu nehmen.
In der monatlichen Gesamtmiete sind sämtliche Nebenkosten wie deutschlandweites FestnetzTel.- und ISDN-Flatrate, sowie Gas & Strom und GEZ (Kabel TV) bereits enthalten.

During the month of September and October I would like to rent out my fully furnished, non-smoking 1-bedroom apartment. The apt. is flooded with light, since all windows are pointing towards west. It has a tall kitchen with a dining table and two chairs, a bath tub in the bathroom and a balcony as well with a table and two chairs, exiting from the living/sleeping room.
The apt. is in Berlin/Wilmersdorf, 5 minutes away from the park and the U7 as well as 8 minutes away from the S-Bahn (Berliner Ring).
All additional expenses are covered by the monthly rent of 450,- EUR. That means national wide landline phone charge, ISDN-flatrate, LPG for cooking and heating, electricity and TV cable connection is included.
The contract will be in German language.
