I am giving out my flat in the nice and quiet area of Wilmersdorf / Schöneberg as I am moving to a different location.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, only 3 metro stations from the Zoo with very good connection to bus or U-bahn.

The apartment has a big room, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtube, spacious storage place for clothes, balcony with view in the garden, far from noisy traffic and 2 hallways connecting the room, the kitchen and the bathroom.

In the area there are many supermarkets ( Aldi, Kaisers, Edeka ) as well as many restaurants and cafes and sport facilities ( McFit or other private gyms ).
