Hallo, ich möchte meine schöne Wohnung im Zeitraum 10.-17. September vermieten. Sauber und schön, möbliert, Bestlage, mit Zugang zu einer Sonnenterrasse - und v.a. unglaublich ruhig, da im Hinterhof gelegen. Das Angebot richtet sich an ordentliche, zuverlässige Menschen, die kurzfristig eine Bleibe suchen und nicht ins Hostel oder Hotel möchten. Die Wohnung wäre auch ideal für ein Paar; es wären dann jedoch zusätzliche 105 EUR = insgesamt 490 EUR fällig, und weitere 50 EUR Kaution. Das sind 70 EUR für zwei Personen pro Nacht. ID und Haftpflichtversicherung sind obligat.

Hello, I'm looking to let my apartment from 10th September until 17th September. Very tidy, fully furnished, best location, with access to a terrace - and exceptionally quiet due to it being located in a "Hinterhof". The target group is a person or a couple looking for a place at short notice, who don't want to move to a hostel or hotel. A couple would be welcome, also; in which case the price would be +105 EUR = 490 EUR, and an extra 50 EUR for the deposit. This works out at a very reasonable 70 EUR for two people per day. Proof of ID and liability insurance are mandatory.
