nach einer fünfmonatigen Arbeit auf See kehre ich voller Vorfreude nach Berlin zurück und bin auf der Suche nach einem neuen Zuhause. Mein Hauptziel ist eine langfristige Mietoption, jedoch wäre ich auch für einen Zeitraum von 2-3 Monaten für den Anfang offen.

Ich bin eine zuverlässige Mieterin mit eigenem Einkommen und einem Sinn für Sauberkeit. In meiner Freizeit treffe ich gerne Freunde, mache Yoga und liebe es, mit dem Fahrrad zu fahren. In Berlin habe ich vor 3 Jahren mein Zuhause gefunden 😍

Bezüglich Besichtigungstermine bin ich persönlich erst Ende Mai wieder da, allerdings habe ich Familie & Freunde, die das übernehmen würden! Alle erforderlichen Unterlagen kann ich jederzeit bereitstellen. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir uns austauschen, auch gerne per Videocall.

After a five-month stint at sea, I'm thrilled to be returning to Berlin and on the hunt for a new place to call home. My primary goal is a long-term rental option, but I'm also open to a 2-3 month arrangement to start with.

I'm a reliable tenant with a steady income and a penchant for cleanliness. In my downtime, I enjoy hanging out with friends, practicing yoga, and exploring the city on my bike. Berlin has been my home for the past three years, and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. 😍

Regarding viewing appointments, I'll personally be back at the end of May, but I have family and friends who can handle that in the meantime! I can provide all necessary documentation at your convenience. I'd love to connect, even if it's through a video call.
