Austauschstudent sucht ein Zimmer in der Nähe von der Freien Universität Berlin

Hallo,

Mein Name ist Franciele, bin 30 Jahre alt, komme aus Brasilien, studiere Sozialwissenschaften und dieses Semester mache ich ein Austauschsemester an der Freien Universität. Ich hatte ein Zimmer über Fu gemietet, aber das Zimmer und die Gemeinschaftsräume entsprachen nicht dem, was in der Anzeige stand. Deshalb suche ich ein neues Zimmer, das Wert auf Organisation und Sauberkeit legt. Leider sind meine finanziellen Mittel begrenzt, daher suche ich ein Zimmer in einer Wohnung zu einem vernünftigen Preis und möglichst in der Nähe der Universität. Ich hätte vor, die Wohnung vom 1. Mai bis 7. September zu mieten.

I had rented a room through the university, however, It wasn’t the same as the one I saw from the ad, that’s why I’m currently looking for another place to stay that values cleaning and organization of the communal areas. Unfortunately, I have a limited budget, that’s why I’m looking for an apartment or room as affordable as possible and as close as it can be to the university. I’d like to rent a place to stay between May 1st until September 7th.

Meu nome é Franciele, tenho 30 anos, sou brasileira, estudo ciências sociais e neste semestre estou fazendo um intercâmbio na Universidade Livre de Berlin. Havia alugado um quarto com intermédio da universidade, mas o quarto e os espaços compartilhados não correspondem ao que foi anunciado, por isso busco um novo lugar que preze pela organização e limpeza dos espaços coletivos. Infelizmente, tenho recursos financeiros limitados e, por isso, busco por um apartamento o mais acessível financeiramente que, se possível, também fique perto da universidade. Gostaria de alugar o apartamento/um quarto entre 01 maio e 7 de setembro.
