1-Zimmer-Wohnung für maximal 430 Euro pro Monat für alle

Hallo!
Ich möchte über mich erzahlen:
Ich bin eine neue Studentin der TU Berlin und ich suche eine Unterkunft (für 6-12 Monaten)
Ich komme Mitte September nach Berlin (von 15.- 20. September, aber am 1. September ist es auch möglich)
Ich möchte in Berlin leben. Ich bin freundliche Studentin, die an Architektur, Kunst, Informatik und Programmierung interessiert sind. Ich werde den großen Teil der Zeit studierend verbringen. Ich verspreche, genau zur rechten Zeit zu zahlen, auch ich lebe Ruhe, und rauche nicht.
Ich spreche Russisch, Englisch und ein bischen Deutsch. Ich suche nach Rückkopplung von Ihnen, wir könnten ein Skype-interview machen oder einer meiner Freunde konnte die Wohnung kommen und zu sehen. Ich habe Studenten - bewilligung und alle Dokumente sind in der Ordnung.

I would like to tell small about me:
I am a new student of TU Berlin on Master Program and I find an accommodation (for 6-12 months).
