Hi, my name is Luis Gerardo Pereira, I am 18 years old, this September I will be starting my economics studies at the TU Berlin. I live in Venezuela and I am looking for an apartment near the university. I am planning to stay in whichever apartment from 3 months to a year or even more. I am searching for a furnished flat in good conditions, that includes TV, internet, water heating and electricity within the monthly rent. I am committed to keep whichever apartment in good conditions and turn it back as it was given to me.

I am a very outgoing, friendly and responsible person. I am expecting to have a students life, without great expenses, but at the same time I have the means to cover living costs in Berlin. I am looking to find an easy-going householder, whom I can contact at any given moment. I assure that I will respect any rules and conditions given to me.
