We are a young couple (23 yo) working in Berlin as of 28/08/2017 looking for 1 bedroom apartment, long-term (preferably 1 year contract) rental, furnished with wifi connection installed, ideally available as of 1/09/2017 but later dates are also possible. Our budget is approximately 500-600 euro per month. Preferred locations include: Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain, Charlottenburg. Locations farther away from the centre but with good access to public transport are also welcome. Additionally, a place were pets are allowed would be ideal but that's not a priority (we don't have a pet yet:) ).
