Looking for a 1 room flat from April to July (flexible!) 1 girl, worker, no pets, non smoker

Ciao! I'm a 33 years old Italian girl. I work as a freelance translator and am attending the International Class at Neue Schule fur Fotografie until mid July. I am already in Berlin, I found an accommodation for March and I am now looking for a small furnished flat (1 or 2 rooms) to rent from April, preferably in Neukolln / Tempelhof / Kreuzberg, but I will consider all the central districts.
It would be perfect to find a flat available until July so that I don't have to keep moving, but if you offer something for less (or more!) months please contact me, because I am flexible (and there is the possibility that I will attend a second semester after August).
I am alone, I have no pets, I don't smoke and in general I am a very quiet, respectful and clean person.
I speak a little German (and French), but if you speak English it would be super.
Perks I would love: regular contract, bathroom with window, washing machine, free parking zone (I have a car I would love to be able to keep in the area).
