Moving to Berlin

Hallo!
Ich hoffe, es geht dir gut. we are a young couple (26 + 23yrs) moving from Dublin Ireland looking for a (flat/room/house) to rent in Berlin from Mai 2022 onwards and thought your property in (insert neighbourhood) would be perfect for us.
We are moving to Berlin to learn German, work, experience the culture and potentially spend our future in this beautiful city. We are professionals working as fluggerätmechaniker and krankenschwester. We are career driven and earn good salaries. We have funds saved to last us 1 full year of rent and living however we want to get jobs as quickly as possible when we arrive. We can guarantee that the rent will always be paid in full and on time.

Hobbies:
We both love to be active, hiking, swimming, skateboarding, thrifting and doing art. We spend the majority of our time outside of the house so we won’t be around the flat too often.
We love music and we really like to go to live gigs, we take interest in alternative music but listen to pretty much anything.
We like cooking and make a variety of meals. Alannah is a vegan and I eat vegetarian most days but still eat meat a few times a week.

Personalities:
We are a quiet couple who are very open to making new friends. We are open minded and have no time for hate or discrimination. We are both very tidy and take very good care of our space. We love house plants and would be happy look after yours.
