Looking for a new home in Berlin

Ich bin Giles, ich bin ein selbstständiger Künstler aus Großbritannien und lebe in Berlin. Meine Aufenthaltserlaubnis ist gültig bis 2026. Nichtraucherin, wohnt ruhig, gute Beziehungen zu jetzigen Nachbarn. Ich lebe in einer Wohngemeinschaft, suche aber jetzt eine eigene Wohnung.

Folgende Unterlagen kann ich zur Verfügung stellen:
- Positives SCHUFA (solicitar ahora)
- Bescheinigung über keine Mietrückstände
- Nachweis über Einkommen und Ersparnisse
- Garantieerklärung

Lage: flexibel bei guter S/U-Anbindung

Bedürfnisse: Haustiere erlaubt (derzeit keine, wird aber versuchen, nach dem Einzug einen kleinen Hund zu adoptieren)

Nice to have: Balkon, Fahrradkeller, Anmeldung, Nähe Grünfläche
