SEARCHING FOR 1 ROOM APARTMENT TO RENT ON A LONG-TERM BASIS

As the title suggest I'm searching for 1 room apartment to rent on a long-term basis ASAP.

My name is Luigi, I'm 30 years old and I have been living in Berlin for a while now and I know very well the dynamics of the city and of life in a rented apartment.

I work stably as developer and I own a label related to art and music (I have a good and secure salary and a solid financial status). To get to know me better I would say I’m a really polite and easygoing person, deeply respectful of the spaces inside the house and above all extremely clean. I lead a very quiet life bringing my calm attitude into the place where I live creating a very comfy space without bad vibes.
